We came here for the first time today after a hike and were very happy with the food and service! We had cheese curds for an appetizer and they were very crispy and delicious! My boyfriend had a burger and sweet potato fries. He said he really enjoyed both. I had the Mac and cheese with chicken and I also enjoyed it! Our waitress was very friendly and kind. There was live music so that was really fun too! We would plan to go again for sure. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
Food was exceptional we had the Ribs and their wing special. We were the only ones there, unfortunately for the owners. The dance hall looked great and we plan on going back the live music.
We absolutely love this place. Very welcoming and friendly owner and staff. The BBQ is top notch. We got the smoked brisket, ribs and the wings. The dry rub and smokiness on the ribs were phenomenal. So juicy and flavorful! The wings were nice and big and some of the best I’ve ever had. Well worth the drive from Milwaukee north shore!
Solid place with that small town feel & down to earth atmosphere Our son said his burger was excellent & my pulled pork was darn good. Be sure to order the choco brownie after your meal as I should have had one with the kid Look forward to stopping here again come our next trip to Road America
Glen and I always have the BEST meals at Rumors! Jeanette (co owner) is fabulous!! I cannot say enough about the beer battered walleye, both of us agree it is THE BEST we have ever had!! And the price is ridiculously low for the amount of food you get! Thank you for this lil gem!
A hidden gem convenient to Plymouth and Elkhart Lake. Stopped in for breakfast and beverage prior to a soccer game in the area. The atmosphere was eclectic and interesting, food and drinks were great, and friendly conversationalists! Seems like a great place to check out live music when we are in the area!
We stopped in for lunch when in the area for a wedding at the Osthoff Resort today. The food was very good, our meal started with a spicy bloody Mary which was perfectly hot. Our party enjoyed the rack of ribs, which had a very good flavor and were fall off the bone. I had a pulled pork sandwich with a side of beans and mac n cheese. We really enjoyed talking with Brad the bartender and enjoyed a nice shot of delicious tequila. I would recommend this place!!
Delicious food as ALWAYS They ask to bring patience. Because like every other places they are a little bit short staff. But while you wait, everything is TOP NOTCH. Friday and Saturday live music Very Pleasant bartenders willing to tend to your every need.
